Gomez Nets Best Finish of the Season at The Bullring
Consecutive Top Ten Performances Has Jonathon Gomez Jacked about Upcoming Races
TWIN FALLS, IDAHO (May 14, 2012)— Jonathon Gomez, driver of the #22 Century Boatland/Living Like a Pirate Chevrolet in the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour netted his best finish of the season to date on Saturday night. The "GoLiveStream.TV - Blackjack 121" on the 3/8-mile banked oval of The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway brought together the region's top driver's this past Saturday with Gomez finishing the race in the runner-up position.
Luck, or lack there of, could describe Gomez' season to date and a strong performance at The Bullring was needed to turn his season around.
And while he still has an outside shot at competing for the championship, the finish this past Saturday gives him not only optimism but a strong desire to compete going forward.
